Ally of veteran players looking to push a little harder

Long-standing group looking to add a few new to replace some inactivity. We aim for that balance between good rewards and being able to live our lives outside the game. Most of the group has been together for over 2 years; churning through new players season after season isn't what we do. We just ask that folks show up and give effort in war and AQ, have fun, and grow their account while doing it.
War is 3 BGs, on the brink of Gold 3 last season. We don't require spending real money or units for resources--the 1 loyalty revives are all we ask that you use.
AQ is 2 BGs map 6, looking to add some pieces to be able to run Raids. Typical week is top 2500-3k ranking and around 4k glory now. Have enough skill to take on higher maps and not opposed to it with the right additions, but the rewards as they stand are decent for the minimal time and resource investment. 2 BGs also give us flexibility with our own lives--missing one day won't get anyone the boot, just ask for a little communication should something come up.
