"Quite The Little Joiner" Bounty Crystal Bugged

Hey there. So in the mail where they give you a free crystal to get a bounty target champion, the crystal icon was not there while there was some string of code where the crystal would be. When I claimed the item, nothing showed up in my inventory.

I've restarted the app about 5 times and it's not in my Crystals tab, Storage, or in the mail it came in earlier.

I have the same issue and tried everything. Any help would be appreciated!
