Claimed the crystal on two accounts and it’s not in the stash, also seems to be a visual bug
My third account has no problems with it

I'm having the same issue

..... other people in my alliance got the Crystal's but I'm not seeing mine anywhere

Do you also have the visual bug where you can’t see the crystal

The icon is missing for me as well. I’ve claimed 2 of them and so far they aren’t anywhere to be found
