[Android] Teleport to center and rooted Bug

I have now had it twice on android once during Battlegrounds and once during war where I am teleported to the center of the arena and am rooted. It doesn't last long but enough to where I have taken a few hits.

    Just had the same bug happen on boss fight in EQ ch1(cavalier) on iOS. I know that Agent Venom has root when using specials, but dexed all attacks on sp1 & stayed rooted after until he threw another sp1 then root ended. Is this the undisclosed 3rd special or a bug?
