Cannot use claimed bounty target crystals

There seems to be a bug that does not display or let me open claimed cavalier bounty target crystals. Spent like an hour trying to do regular troubleshooting but nothing.

I also encountered this problem, the crystals I received just fall out and there is no way to open them

Failed to learn from prior Realm Event.

There are INDIVIDUAL POINT Requirements, as well as Realm-Wide Points Requirements.

You are only at 931 individual points, the next milestone that you haven’t qualified for yet needs you to have 1000 points.
