I got the message in the mail but I was not able to claim the keys and now it says that I have claimed it but I don't have the keys. Is this a glitch or what?

In the daily clander I claimed today infernal summons to enter in jack bounty full hunt . But it is still locked and no infernal summons in inventory. Also not found the infernal summons in inventory kabam emailed in the start of event. Kabam will compensate me? Or can fux thus issue.

Si, no pude selecionar al defensor de la pantalla y ahora dice que ya reclamé la entrada, pero todos los caminos siguen bloqueados.
