From what I recall last crit me meta, the guaranteed crit passive from the node interacts… weirdly and inconsistently with champs that cannot land crits. They’ll sometimes but not always be able to land critical hits. It’s weird but it’s how it works, and probably how your opponent dealt damage in this fight.

For example.
G99 was the guy last crit meta with recoils.
She took out Nick furies in 30 seconds. Tis was fun

But G99 can crit. That is the difference between her and some of these other guys. She can't crit naturally (as her kit says), but she can be modified to crit through her pre-fight and nodes.

We have some champs who don't crit, like cb, idoom and shocker.

Some of these champs crit with the precision passive, While some don't. I want to know which champ does what. Especially shocker, Is he usable this meta or not?

Shocker's kit says he is unable to land crits, so he's out.

My running theory on this is that the can't crit and guaranteed crit cancel each other out and then it is just down to the base crit chance of the champion to crit. By no means is it a viable strategy to use a non-crit champion, but I have done some bishops in the past with Iron Doom in this meta. Possible? Yes. Practical? No, just use someone else.

Yeah but I have seen two different interactions. Some of them can't crit no matter what's the circumstance is. Some can crit. Atleast that's what I heard.

There is one in 9.1, last half somewhere but I think you need to apply debuffs. Bring mr fantastic
