can't load into the game

in Bugs and Known Issues
every time i open the app i am just stuck on the loading screen and it just buffers for ever. is this happening to anyone else and does anyone know how to fix this?

    Can’t get in either stuck on loading screen. Not an internet connection issue either. No update required either
