Can’t claim rewards - Jack’s BG Blitz

in Bugs and Known Issues
I can’t claim the rewards earned/achieved on the event. Does anybody knows how to address the issue? I never had such problem and these are really important rewards for me…

    You have to contribute minimum point's to it you have only 933 points the minimum points required to claim that is way higher

    Do more points and then you can get them

    Knew what the answer was even without looking at screenshot (or anything beyond the Title, basically).

    Same with all the people saying they couldn’t claim the prior Crystal Opening ones, when they hadn’t yet opened enough themselves to qualify for where the Realm-wide progress was at.

    same as Crystal Cleanse; possibly part of the learning curve of the new Realm Events?

    better get used to it before the holiday season and “why can’t I claim all the Banquet awards in my Alliance event?s start popping up..
