Why doesn’t beta ray bills armor pulverize stop the armor ups.

Also he’s taking dmg when she has armor up but he’s immune to shock and power burn.

Omega Sentinel gains an armor up buff whenever a basic attack is performed twice in a row. BRB only pulverizes on his first medium. He removes them, he doesn't prevent them. If you are doing full combos, or double mediums, you're just adding armor ups as much as you are taking them away.

I'd suggest you read up a bit more on his kit.
Pulverize works like an armor break or nullify, but it is neither of those. It is unique because it can get around armor break immunity and nullify immunity. It does not prevent future armor ups from happening.
He is also immune to power drain and not to power burn, which is what Omega Sentinel has through the nodes.

He would at least be a better option. I don't think I'd call him a good option necessarily, but if he's all you've got then what else can you do.

Venom I believe is most player's go to for this fight. Galan is also a very good option, but the fight itself becomes more difficult because he lacks the clarity tag so he can't avoid the autoblock or evade.
