Dear Kabam, i bought deal from game store and the transaction failed but the money still got deducted from my account. This happens twice already. Please look into it.

    Contact to support. And it's weekend so you probably won't get an answer till Monday.

    If you haven't already, try restarting your game.
    Otherwise, you need to open up a ticket with support as is stated above. No one on the forums can help.
