Unable to finish Elite bounty side quest

Trying to move to the last node in the elite bounty hunter side quest and the game only responds by giving me the no signal icon. I’ve closed the app multiple times, and checked my connection. I can load into anything else in game just fine. I’m only getting the signal icon when I try and move to the last node.

Think this one by @Cap_Chaos was probably the VERY FIRST one about it, lol.

(and no, others didn’t vanish, as last reply said they were MERGED)

Merged post has some from earlier time, but those seem to be about “what is in the chests”, instead of about “can’t claim or move” or “unavailable” quest.
