Can't unlock Paragon Gauntlet!

Hi. I became Paragon just yesterday and 100% explored thronebreaker Event Quest but I'm unable to unlock Paragon Gauntlet. I meet all the requirements though. Also, the "Thronebreaker Event Quest Exploration" in special missions won't unlock either. Below are the screenshots. Thanks!

    It’s a common problem, the objective doesn’t complete if you become paragon after finishing the thronebreaker difficulty. If you send a ticket to Kabam support they should resolve it for you though.

    You need to submit a support ticket. It won’t automatically unlock because you 100% EQ before you were paragon and had the special objective.
