Ascend cgr or herc? Both r4. Herc sig 200. Cgr unduped. Mainly for story quest, eq, sq. Not very much into bgs.

oh, if youre not bg focused, go with herc

Herc is the answer. And while CGR is obviously awesome in BGs, he is one fight in 3 and can be banned. Herc is unmatched in all other content.
