Deadpool gold track rewards locked

Hi. For some reason after completing todays objective, I’ve been allowed to claim the platinum pass side but not the gold pass side. It’s showing as locked? Please can you help, otherwise I’m going to miss out on the last day as I’ll be a day behind. I’ve tried to raise a support ticket but for some reason it’s not letting me submit.

Gold track are always locked according to days.
Most everyone should be 1 day ahead (on actual objectives) in the gold track, that what they are actually allowed to claim yet (based on the day).

It’s never done this previously though? I’ve claimed every day on the day previously. I’ve never had a locked icon like this.

We must have started off with an extra objective right away
(I do tend to recollect that I had 2 objectives available when it started ??)

And there has been another time, when we got a “advance 1 objective” (or skip an objective) once a week as part of SOLO EVENTS. So by the end, people were out front by about 10-ish days.
(That meant you could technically SKIP actually doing that many objectives and still keep pace with the “day calendar” of the track.
