Easier is Act 8 and 9. Act 9 and Crucible is faster, but you need to have a dense roster to do it at little or not cost.

I'm thinking of spending units only after banquet as depleting my already low reserve of units just before the banquet which requires me to spend units doesn't seem like a good move for me😂. Meanwhile I'll do the paths that are easy from here and there. 8.1 and 8.2 definitely are going to take longer than 8.3 and 8.4. At any rate I'm thinking of becoming valiant by June/July.

1,000 units as a Valiant will almost certainly be worth more than 2,000 units as a Paragon.
It doesn't have to cost any units. If you aren't in a rush to get Valiant before Cyber Weekend or the Banquet, then just run paths while you have a stash of revives. If/when you deplete the stash, stock up and then clear some more.
If you're in a rush, then it may cost some units, but it shouldn't be too many. Ideally, you should only need revives for the big bosses.

How many paths do you have left? Give yourself roughly an hour per path. In reality, an average path should take you closer to 30 minutes or less (if it isn't a big boss path, and some paths as little as 15 minutes), but let's over estimate for kicks and giggles.
You've got 43 days until Cyber Weekend and like 50-something until the Banquet. So average out the paths to how many you would need to do a day for each goal, then you can get a rough estimate of your time per day if you broke it down.

Obviously life gets in the way and some days are different than others. I work for a church, so my playing on Sunday is very different than any other day of the week. But breaking it down will help you see if it is a tangible goal or not.

I just explored 4 quests in 8.3 till now. Unfortunately I'm doing my masters and am unable to spend time for questing along with the SQ, BG and all the other stuff plus I'm not that good skill wise so it takes me some time and some revives here and there.
I agree that a typical quest path takes 15 mins but there are few paths that I don't have counters for that take a lot of time for me.

So I'll probably do it in December during semester break and if possible rush it. Anyway thank you!!

I would prioritize story content over SQ/EQ if you’re ready to push. Valiant is worth skipping a month of Paragon SQ rewards.

I'm not ready just yet as I don't think my roster is good enough for that.That's why I want to use these resources to develop my roster as I do story in parallel.

Not too many I think. Act 8 I didn't have to go beyond my existing stash of revives, mainly because I try to finish paths with no deaths as far as possible. I had filled stash again by the time 9.1 rolled around. Didn't have to use much for completion but I went a bit reckless for exploration because I wanted Valiant before December. Between revives and health potions I think I used maybe 200-300 units total for act 9 but that too only because I don't like seeing my revive stash hit 0.
