I'm sure this has been asked before but is there any actual way to counter Serpent?

Sorry for the dumb question, but does Chavez work when Serpent is AW Boss? Seems like the stun immunity is a potential issue? Or does her passive heavy stun bypass it?
I have never used Chavez against a stun immune that I can think of. 😂

Stun immune u cant heavy stun so its harder but u would have to heavy counter his heavy

Stun immunity means they're immune to her passive stun, you can still heavy counter his heavy and at the end of his sp1. You can avoid the final hit of his last hammer attack by dashing back at the right time in the middle of him jumping across the screen.

I don't think I've ever had such a tricky time dealing with a champ before. To be honest, I just don't get how your supposed to deal with him other than getting lucky.

Rintrah can stop his cheat death and other 100% potency neutralize works too but you need to be lucky.
Power control champ like chavez works too. No sp3 at the end.
I have taken 7* r3 serpent boss in war with 7* r1 symbiote supreme.
Just something to point out because people might get confused by your first line, Rintrah has a 200% potency neutralize vs mystics, so he doesn't need to get lucky vs serpent.

With a duped Chavez, I heavy 3 times immediately for the negative zone dimensions to power drain him. In VT meta, Serpent will only get to use s single special if you keep these dimensions open.

White tiger is also a beastly counter for duped serpent. If you get your sp2 bleed off while serpents death immunity is active, then you'll heal a lot of heal that you deny serpent and likely are going to be healing to full health. She also has excellent power control and is very safe for serpent.

Sym supreme is also a monster vs serpent after his sp3.
And after the three heavies for Chavez, what's the plan? I just got Chavez a week ago, and just r3 her two days ago so never used her much except for the EoP run as a 6r3.

I also normally use mojo for serpent so don't him as well with other counters.
Don't throw 3 heavies, 2 are enough most the times.

Then you have to activate all three dimensions. If you are low on health, chain your special 2 with 2nd hit of heavy. For damage, chain your sp2 with first hit of heavy. Make sure to always maintain atleast 2 violet dimensions, especially when he gets to death immunity phase
While 2 heavies are good for keeping his power in check, 3 heavies in the VT meta means he will never throw a single special the rest of the match and in GC meta, he will only get a couple of sp1s which means less chip damage. In GC I like using my sp2 with the second dimension to top up on health.

My main loop with Chavez in GC is Heavy, intercept, heavy, heavy one more, intercept combo and heavy cancel sp1 on 1st dimension. Intercept combo heavy cancel on second dimension. Intercept combo heavy sp2 on middle dimension to top up on health and serpent probably is now triggering his death immunity or is dead if he is unduped.

In gc my serpent was banned literally I'm every single match so I don't have to deal with him luckily.

Question: Is Serpent currently the most banned defender in BGs? If not, who is?

Well I have a 7 star r3 serpent and he nearly always gets banned even when the opponent has a 6 r5 asc sigged. Only occasionally is he not banned and that's when they have the awakened 7 star, mine is r3 but unawakened

Why you don't have to deal with him if your serpent is banned?

When you ban champs in BG’s they are banned for both players.

I was actually wondering that yesterday. If I don’t ban someone’s serpent and roll the dice that they’ll ban mine, does that (if I’m lucky or the data holds) mean I can get an extra ban out of it?

Is it possible for a Hercules to take down a serpent in battle grounds, R4 max sig as well as ascended with 98 percent health left? Did someone just mod me?

I should’ve, thanks dude and thanks for everyone who posted, I got to gladiator circuit for the first time ever and 100% totally responsible for it was America Chavez. Did not pay any attention to her didn’t really care for her whatsoever, but man, I couldn’t have been more wrong!

Chavez ia an absolute GOAT and not just for Serpent. She's probably my favourite 7*! I am surprised a lot of folks are just figuring it out now considering she's been balanced ages back.
On another note, is crossbones good against Serpent? I think I fought him once and his immortality didn't trigger.
