I would like to know if I change alliance, how many days would it take for me to get the battle ground rewards?

I believe that you have to be in an alliance for 7 days to qualify for alliance ranked rewards. One important thing to know now, you will not be able to claim any rewards that the alliance you move to has already earned. This can mess up not just the tokens you can earn through the BG alliance event, but also the bounty entries for this month.

If you change alliances to one that is further along in their Event Milestones progress, you will NOT be able to capture those Milestones from where you were at with your previous alliance up to where your new alliance is at when you switch to them.

(This isn’t an answer to your question, but something else to keep in mind).
