It was a code made specifically for Comic Con to give out to new players. It is not freebies for end game players, but we all got it anyway. You know why? Because even if it were just a 4* (I guess we can ignore the revives and refills?), players would complain if they couldn't get it, much like some do every time old act rewards are buffed and they don't get a comp package for the content they did years ago.

It's 100% completely free for doing absolutely nothing. Not to mention 200 units worth of revives alone. If your gonna cry about it, maybe this ain't the game for you.
