Unknown error in BG

@Kabam Porthos I faced an unknown error while playing 3rd match in BG.
It didn't restart the game, I was able to go in the BG again but, it shows that I lost the match without playing 3rd round.
I lost 15 points.
This is unfair.

This happened to me a few times too, i think it happened when i played too long without restarting the game, i use the iPhone SE 3. Sometimes the app crashes while loading the fight and i get to the iphone home screen, sometimes it has the unkown error. I suggest restarting the app regularly to avoid crashing

This happened to me today.

iPad Air 2020

Won first round of bg.
Just finished second round fight , and screen popped up with unknown error prompt. The game Proceeded to immediately load to mcoc Home Screen with all options available, so was still in the game, it did NOT crash the game and take me to my iPad Home Screen. It did not allow me to restart the fight, or just give me a second round loss, which does happen if you crash to iPad Home Screen and reload the game. After being on the mcoc Home Screen for around 5 seconds, It then simply loaded up the forfeited screen and gave me a loss.

Can this be looked into. I’m aware it’s currently an unknown error…but I’d hope that to help it eventually become a known error, some digging might be useful…

Restart the game every 3 BGS matches and you won't have any error

The error might be related to the ram being insufficient after a long time of playing, the game not releasing the ram used and demanding even more ram
