At this point I've just decided to not do the banquet event and spend my units on elders marks for the Battlegrounds event. You just need to much for banquet.

If you are needing to spend units for elder marks you are doing it wrong. The free elder marks are more than enough if you manage them appropriately

I know I did and I'm hitting myself for it. I'm pretty new to battlegrounds and didn't know that forfeiting didn't get you points, so I forfeited a bunch of matches in the beginning trying to farm.

I had 4500 units saved up and used a lot of them on the showcase bc of that stupid omega sentinel. I’ll save back up some more but those banquet tickets are my main focus since they equal GGCs anyway….and a 7 star sinister hehe

With the inflation these days, 500 is nothing. Back in my day, I could walk in a store with a dollar and get enough food to feed my family for a whole week. Now, they have all these god-darn security cameras.

I would get to 30k for the cyber weekend but I don't think I'll spend 1u and keep for the banquet, I also have 12m in the arena

Guaranteed rewards i'd consider better than placing yourself at the mercy of the RNG of the GGC's im grinding enough units for both tbh we'll see how it goes

54k for a person who is looking to buy every offer (including relic stuff & lower rank stuffs) but if looking for good deals I think 36-40k will be good enough

July4 deals got 2 rank3 in 36k units & I am somewhat expecting 3 rank3 material now for 36k (2 rankup gems and 3 t4 alpha in smaller unit deals ) and titan nexus and 7* nexus ofcourse will be there

and probably very low chances a 7* awaken gem don't know kabam is ready yet or nope.

agreed. there was some not so great stuff in there.

Banquet is designed where you can get a fair amount of rewards by getting all the free stuff and reusing units you get from the event to put back into the event. Doing that will probably get you everything up to the deathless piece. It is a good idea to have some units set aside for it if you want more, but that is mostly rng value from the banquet crystals over guaranteed cyber weekend deals value.

This was DLL's comments about it on the discord yesterday

For cyber weekend, they always have 18k units gets you the first "top tier" prize. With the example of J4, that was the Titan nexus. Now cyber weekend isn't as cut and dry as J4 is due to the uniqueness of the store layout that comes with it.

In general, expect buying out the cyber weekend store to cost you 36k+ units

if i whale out on cash offers on cyber i should have around 95-100k units lol. maybe 80k without.

That will depend on what offers they have and what you plan to buy.

But according to my notes from last year's Cyber Deals, you'll need a total of 45,000 units if you want to buy everything. This doesn't include any possible extra unit bundle Kabam may offer if you buy all of the unit deals.

Cyber will last for around 6 days, so you'll have time to grind for more if needed. Maybe not thousands more, but at least a few hundred.

Im at almost 45k with my paragon acct and 18k with my valiant, thank you for the insights, ill grind more to be sure, grinding everyday is my daily routine after all lol
