Email link to claim FREE Venom not working

Please help, I tried to login via a web browser to my email account, hit the claim now button, it took me straight to the MCOC app, but there is no Venom to claim. Can someone assist?

I mean, yes. I see there is a thread about a giveaway promo but I’m fairly certain that is different and considering this email was just received within the last 30 minutes, not an old email, I wouldn’t think others have commented yet.
