Antivenom Error

I was trying to redeem my free antivenom and the game glitched and closed by itself and when I reopened the game I couldn’t select which antivenom I wanted anymore. Please help kabam 🙏🏽

(1) it is VENOM for this 1st one that was sent via in-game mail msg.

(the ANTI-VENOM will be on the last day of the new Calendar)

(2), so look at your Roster, and see if you have a new Venom, or increased Sig level. Although it should have been a selector that would RE-POPUP at some time after restarting the game again (if it crashed or force closed the first time it popped up).

It literally showed me antivenom tho I wish I had a screenshot but unfortunately I don’t it literally showed me a 4, 5, & 6 star antivenom NOT regular venom. Plus if it was supposed to be regular venom I should have awakened his ability but it’s not I still have my 5 star venom without his awakened ability.

And my game is just glitched now every time I try to open the app it just stays on loading screen, I’ve even tried to uninstall and redownload it still just stays on the loading screen

It's not a 4*, 5*, AND 6*.
It is only one of those (your choice, but I think progression locked as in maybe can’t select the 6* version if not TB ?)

Are you ThroneBreaker ? Do you have 6* Venom ?

And if it indeed was ANTI-Venom that popped up, maybe that is part of the error happening on your account when trying to restart.

You can Submit a Request to support, and have them look to see if one of those was actually awarded to your account yet ?
And if no, that they should clear out the pop-up that evidently is causing you loading problems when trying to restart game, and just give you that version of the champ you want (and all allowed to get from this).

No yeah that’s what I meant they showed me to choose from a 4, 5 or 6 star antivenom and I’m not throne breaker so I chose 5 star antivenom but that’s when it crashed and now I can’t get into my game it just stays on opening loading screen

And I had a 5 star venom already so it should have gave me the silver stars if it was regular venom but I know I seen the choices as antivenom and my venom still has regular gold stars still so I know they didn’t give me either antivenom like it showed me or the venom they were supposed to show me
