How does iDoom do any damage in crit me meta?

If champs like idoom, guardian, and shocker can't crit, how are they doing any damage at all in this meta? Would guaranteed crits allow them to override their own kits and do damage?

No they do not override their own kit.
When Idoom has his aura activated, the shocks he would apply instead of crit, are transformed into instant energy burns, which burns a certain percentage of the max energy. Those energy burns deal x-amount of damage per percent energy burned to the defender. That’s it 😉

Yeah at some first fights, I forget Meta in GC require Crit, so I bring Guardian, and waste 2min causing minor damage 😂

Sometimes, these champs can crit with the guaranteed crits
