Any 7* is overpowered at your level and is way stronger than necessary for the content you're probably in. He will help you just fine now, and by the time you get to content where you actually need 7* champs you will probably have many more.

He is a decent attacker. ( my first 2 7 stars were VTD)

He was my first 6* pre buff. He’s got power control going for him and he helped me clear the champion boss in act 6. Not the best, but he will put in some work.
