actually i wanted to link my google play id to KABAM id so i made a new KABAM id with the same email id but actually my google play id have not connected with it but it make new kabam id from beginner level so i am unable to collect promo code reward in me main id could u help me out in this problem.

Only need (and allowed) to have 1 FORUM Account up here, even if you have now ended up making multiple Game (Kabam ID) Accounts.
See support articles to try and resolve it (how to answer the choices during making a Kabam ID in game to link an account can be confusing (as you saw).
Or Submit a Request (upper corner from those support articles) to have them help you link to an actual Kabam ID.
