Trying to unlink Kabam ID from Google play BUT I no longer have the old Kabam Account Info

I need help man I'm so upset that I'm missing out on tons of free rewards all because of the negligence of 13 year old me!! I just want to connect my NEW kabam account to my Google play account because it has all the goodies but I can't because I have no clue how to unlink my OLD Kabam account because I no longer have the info because it was my Grandma's who probably doesn't even have the information anymore lol.

    Also not to mention my old "GMAIL" IS actually a YAHOO so like even if i knew the information I couldn't login into KABAM.com....

    Alright after hours I have recovered the Yahoo account.... and I believe this is a Yahoo issue because it won't send the password reset email to my Yahoo email address.... I hate yahoo.

    Tudo bem, quando vou tentar vincular minha conta do Gmail pra conta da Kabam não vai, simplesmente abre uma conta nova
