What do you think of a character like Lockjaw

Now this is an npc character who is unfairly forgotten along with the entire team of Inhumans in the game. But would you like to see this character fully playable? Is it even possible to make him a similar character? At least a trophy one, like Kang or Thanos. p.s. If we turn to his story, he has abilities that he doesn't have.
