Domino or Serpent? 7* Sig Stones

Torn on who to sig up between these 2.

Domino was for the longest time one of the most sigged up 7*'s, but I barely just duped her last week and we have a lot more counters for her nowadays, whereas Serpent has a lot less counters and of those, the fight still is stalled and can go wrong.

The main drawback is his sig scales pretty poorly (it takes 100 stones to add just 1 second onto his death immunity). That and there's more mutants to benefit from high sig than there are cosmics (Sinister, Dust, Dazzler to name a few), so would make sense to prioritize generics on a class where more champs benefit, and just save the cosmics for him.

On the other hand a high sig Serpent gives you more ban assurance in the event you get matched against someone with a high sig and yours is only a Sig 20.

I currently have 125 Generics and 20 X-Magica Stones (that work for both). Thoughts?

    I just duped my Serpent a couple days ago, got really excited, and used 134 sig stones on him. I probably should have spread it out amongst other champs but I was too happy. In BG he gets banned now every fight. Before, when unduped even at R3, he did not get banned quite as much, understandably.

    At a low sig you can use the relic trick to finish him off but at high sig its not enough time

    It is useless. I took serpent to 125 sig and I barely get to use him in bgs.

    Domino has like 10 counters so if opponent get caught without a counter she'll take a good amount of health from opponent. Serpent is mostly dealt with champs like chavez, kush, shathra, wiccan and tigra, where his sig doesn't matter. If players use any other champ to fight him he can stand his ground even at 20 sig.

    @Polygon you were the first I heard who said dazzler was going to counter recoil(thorns like damage) and it ended up being true as someone who attended NYCC said the same thing. Now you're saying she benefits from high sig.

    Where are you getting these informations from?? Are there any more?
