should i rank 3 beta ray bill(7 star)?

i just got BRR from titan crystal . His kit looks pretty op and i feel like maybe rank3 might be overkill . Also he is going to be rebalanced . Should i wait for the rebalance to be out or just rank him up?

I own Rank 3 BRB ( did it with the crucible quest 2>3 gem) and honestly I REGRET IT !
No season justifies him and even fights against Red Skull or FAM he can fudge up badly.
He's the only champion that It annoys me so much seeing him when I pass by him.
Next Season he also be trash.
Overhyped and Sadly also mislead, especially with the AI nowadays.

Agreed.
Mine is R1 still. He's fun in fights he works in... but I didn't use him in enough game modes to justify taking him to R3.
If you only rank champs that you already enjoy using, then there is no chance of having regrets.
Ranking a champ bcuz the forums says so? That's a recipe for disaster. lol
