    I should have provided context, lmao. I didn't like the series mentioned, nor do I like the idea of Thunderbolts so early, because it's giving me Suicide Squad vibes, and I did not like X-Men 97 either. So, I wrote the "in lieu of" as in instead of this flopped series, you will have a killer character from the series.
