Infernal Summons

Today's calendar has given a summons, but when going to the quest to use it, it's still locked now double checking it says I have zero...

Anybody else noticed this ?
How long has this been happening ?

But the thing is I collected it went off, then came back to do it but I'll log in again and see.

It did show up, but I had to log in 3 times to get it, the same with Antivenom as well, I logged in when rest, didn't get it went off came back on nothing, wrote in the alliance chat asking where they got it from, went off and came back on and finally received it.
