No crystals from spring cleaning bounty event

Even tho I got the pop up message my crystal and icon got redeemed, as I check my inventory I didn't get either. Anyone else having the same issue?

Ok, I mistook those emotes for profile icons, but still I didn't get the crystals

Emotes are here but didn't get a crystal from that board, I only received the ones from the calendar
