Was your initial submission thru an actual EMAIL ?Probably came back with that asking you to provide (login) your GAME ACCOUNT, so they can attach that Support Ticket to an actual Game Account.Next screen asking for email/password, I would assume would be your KABAM ID login (email=username, and password). Not logging into your email account itself.If you submit it via Support Site link (below, which is at top corner of all the support pages), it might bypass this extra login stuff (because you'd already be logged into Kabam ID in order to do the “Submit a Request” thru the Support site.Still may have to provide all the “verification” info (original account name, first created, first purchase, etc, etc) become they can take an action on your account.https://help.kabamsupport.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Ok, then I guess I’m asking if you were actually logged into the KabamSupport website (even more to the right, in corner), before you clicked on the link for Submit a Request ?Don’t know if that helps cut out 1 of the steps they seem to be replying back to you with ?
