Who is the bastion?
This dude that did nothing but play BG for a month.

I'm curious how he average 98 points per match and wasn't anywhere near the top of the leaderboards. I scrolled down through M1 and didn't find him, though I may have missed him.
He might have lost a lot of matches

A fair point. I forgot that forfeiting matches probably wouldn't count as matches played. A couple things I'd be curious about: how many matches did he queue for, and how many matches were against repeat players.
Regardless of how he got there, I guess props for spending all that time, but this isn't right. Kabam created a point farming incentive and this guy abused it to the tune of a shiny new title.

Assuming 10 minutes per match that comes out to 19,660 minutes or 327 hours or 13 days of BG grinding.

about half of those would be forfeits, and the other half would be them bullying low level uru players, which would make the rounds shorter like 8 ish minutes long im guessing. so *only* 140 hours
