    They are random. It doesn't matter what progression or act you've already completed. Maybe next time you'll get lucky and get an invite.

    I've got the beta invitation for act 9.2, have you 100% all of story modes from Act 1 all the way to Act 9.1 I have 100% all of them perhaps they look at what you have 100% so far just a guess.
