Next r4 and ascension?

I’m deciding between a bunch of champs: Abs man (sig 100, more to come soon), juggs (unduped), venom (sig 20), shang chi (sig 20), kitty (unduped but I have a gem I’ve been debating using on her), and sinister.

I also have a kushala who is already R4 but could be ascended.

These are my best champs overall:

You get sinister as 7* from trader outpost
Shang, venom and juggs are 7*
I'd personally do abs man here since he's already high sig and you can give him more so...
