Am i correct that we will get only 1 buff in November?

In livestream they have proudly announced BPCW buff. Good, long overdue.
But i didn't see a second champion.
Weren't we supposed to get 2 reworks per month until gifted guardians were back in banquet?

    Yes, and medusas. They have both been live since last update

    1 new buff and 1 new champ. I would have liked it if they had given us a little more explanation regarding that.

    The easiest explanation is that they felt they needed/wanted more dev time for the rest and instead of December being 1 champ they chose November

    Yeah because other things are like saga incursion + cyber weekend deals + royal hunt + EQ,SQ also exist in Nov
    It all takes time to develop + test + fix
