Tips for Unit Farming (Paragon FTP)

Hey MCOC community, I’m a Paragon FTP player. I had to burn through (probably too many) units and I’m at an all time low. I’ve been doing a little arena grinding and hopefully I get lucky and get some units (maybe 1k or so) from those crystals. I have a ton of energy refills and I’m decently stacked on revives. My roster can EASILY do the variants so I thought about doing those for exploration both on classic and variant modes. I could get a good stack of units there just by knocking them out little by little. Any tips are welcome. I have not explored act 6 either. Any tips are welcome to hopefully get back up to 4200-4500 if not more. Am I totally cooked? I know the recommended was 9k and I’m just not going to be able to meet that…I will get the 7 star sinister deal and probably at least one if not two more banquet crystals as well. I felt like this could also be a useful thread for people trying to grind out units. I thought we might see an arena based realm event but wasn’t banking on it. Thanks in advance guys.

I'm at 550 units rn, gonna try grind to about 3000 units for the first time in my life, through arenas and back issue

Arenas are the best route. If you clear all milestones you can get 1080 per week, before any you may get from arena crystals.
Autoplay low level EQ for effortless units.

Bro, I do the basic and featured arena till the last milestone, the catalyst one for 30 units, and open the uncollected crystals all at once at the end of the month. Last month I probably squeezed 7k units out with that plus 22 hour events and whatever I could pick up from questing. There are thousands of units available a month if you’ve got the time.

As already stated, arena is the best avenue. My advice is find a routine that isn’t overly grindy for you and try stick to it. I get around 6k units per month with probably 3/4 if it being from arena. Turn on cides if you already have them unlocked, be smart about using your highest champs as much as possible, and if you want use arena boosts since those things are everywhere.

Always get the 4th milestone in the 22h events, use your excess energy for quests that give units, (lower difficulties of monthly eq, or variants as you mentioned) and you should be just fine.

All of them. The 4* arena is hella grindy though, I only make it to the ninth milestone personally because I can’t make myself grind past that. Definitely at least do the first few milestones though as the early ones aren’t grindy and are very worth it

So you have an idea, the 6* featured arena takes 40-45 rounds to get all milestones, the basic takes 30ish, but the 4* arena takes like I think 120? Maybe overshooting but it’s definitely at least 100.

Agreed. If I go past like 1m/1.5m it's because I popped some crystals for 3x 3* boosts.

Yea lol too much diminishing returns for me to grind that far.

Besides arenas, Event Quests Contender through Uncollected. It's a couple hundred Units if you fully explore them all. RichTheMan does a video and spreadsheet covering how much you get farming after each EQ is released.

Just curious, what did you burn all your units on? I hope it wasn't valiant crystals.
