I just want to double check before I use everything up: the event quest ends in 2 days (and several hours) and anything that I haven't used (bounties, scrolls) are either going to disappear or become useless.

I made a mistake using the extra infernal summons in threat lv5 which I already did 100%. Will kabam recover it if I send a ticket?

Yep. & use Saga characters if u want more Bounty packages
