Doesn’t make sense

I was just using sig 200 rank 5 ascended Medusa against a peni Parker, I armor shattered her but she still auto blocked and the true accuracy buff never even appeared under my champs (Medusa) health bar, this seems unlikely or a bugged mechanic.
