Playable Henchpools are pure trophy champs

The playable Henchpools have identical abilities to their NPC counterparts and do not have inflated stats like the Summoned Symbiote. I wasn’t expecting Kabam to give them meta-relevant overhauls or anything, that’d be a lot of work, but I am disappointed that since they have regular 2* stats I can’t even really take them out on quests for a lark like I can with Symbiote. I feel like they could’ve at least released them as 5*s or something, they probably wouldn’t be good regardless. It is what it is I suppose.

Yeah I’m happy to have them because I think they’re neat, I’m just a little sad I can’t really use them anywhere meaningful because they’re weak 2*s.

And as a minor corrective note, they do actually seem to differ a little bit from their NPC counterparts but it’s mostly minor ability tweaks and additional clarifying text added to their ability descriptions. For most intents and purposes though they should be identical.

It doesn't seem like they will have any use in modern content. They can do that funny thing of Carina challenges that are about Deadpool taking over the contest and beating the core bosses, so use Henchpools to clear 4.4.6, 5.2.6... I guess beyond that in the story won't be possible sadly.

AND, their synergies sucks! They are a whole group, so it'd be cool if they'd have a GREAT synergy in case your team is all Henchpools, but no. 90 energy resistance? Gee, thanks.

The royal hunt will have the sinister tickets as well, so if you want Sinister you should do the royal hunt. These are extras and as a collector of champs. I'm all in to get exclusive champs by just doing some event. Hope it's not to hard.
