Magik’s L2 power drain is not working. Please fix asap

    It seemed to be working fine for me not long ago in Modoks.

    Her sp2 has an 85% chance to power lock per hit. So 85% for the first hit and 85% for the second hit. The odds are low that you won’t get power lock but it doesn’t happen often.
