I'm pretty sure they said November 5th

What time of day do monthly things normally start for you ?

@SummonerNR incursions usually start at 9 AM PT, and regular contents start by 10 AM PT. So they should've been started by now.

Usually comes out Wednesdays. I understand it says nov 5th but they've made mistakes like that before
