Typically content drops on wednesday when everyone is forced to update, otherwise people could join incursions and experience bugs from not being updated (similar to an issue with the Titan many months ago where the pool switched before people updated which caused them to get an error if they got a new champion from it.)

If a message went out ingame, then probably bugged lol.

So what you are saying is Kabam encouraging players to watch the stream to get up-to-date official information directly from Kabam.

However just by watching the stream you, the player (with no extra insight into Kabam internally), already noticed the simple and easily spoted mistake, which Kabam did not.

Ummm I wonder if this is the same team that designed Raid. 🤔

This just happened with another incursions where the dates didn't line up to hen they typically release stuff. There was also an incident where an SoS or EoP or something of that nature had a date that was stated in the stream that didn't work out as well. I just go by patterns and what is most likely.

Seem like the Raid Design team have been taken on too many jobs, information for livestream, collecting data for rebalance champs, fixing AI, gosh those poor guys and girls having to do all of that.

Well this just come to show, if you want accurate information and insight in Incursion, there is only one person to go to, the King of Incursion @willrun4adonut .

I think Kabam should do a special event just for @willrun4adonut (like the one they dod for Brian Grant and Necropolis with Venom Duck), and give him the one of title of, Donut King of Incursion

I think I just read in the official discord server general chat where a kabam employee confirmed that it's gonna drop tomorrow, not sure about previously confirmed timings tho

And why did they release information about the incursion saga on all social networks today? Why didn't they do it tomorrow if such posts come out together with the release of content

So here is a thought (yep, was saving this time to do Incursion, but since it not on, have spare time my hand to mind wonder).

From past experience, Kabam sometime seem to be confused with number, like how 6 of look 5, or 11 Incinerate look like 9 😉.

What if Kabam is meant to give us 12 free 7* champs, and they just got confused and said 10.

Someone should double check with them on that, you never know, the 11th and 12th champ might be, Hercules and Kitty.

It could just have been a simple mistake where someone thought it was a month or they just mistook 7th as 5th. Anyone who has played any sort of telephone game (like gartic phone) knows how easily a communication can get changed when it is passed between many different people.

Incursions run on a 30-day cycle split into six 5-day chunks. So 11/6-12/5 makes sense. It should be tomorrow.
At the end of the day, the important thing here is Kabam needs to get their dates straight and stop sending out things with errors and then say nothing to correct the error.
