What’s happening with Realm Events?

Has Kabam said anything about the future of Realm Events recently? I’ve not seen anything about them since the Battlegrounds one last month.

Nothing has been announced. It’s not like they’ll always do a realm event. It’ll just be something that happens from time to time.

If I recall correctly, weren't Realm Events introduced as something to appease the community in the absence of the Super Daily event?

And now that we have the Super Daily coming back, I figured that's why weren't not seeing a Realm event currently.

I assumed they would do like 1 per saga or 1 per quarter

Nah they didn't say that. They're just extra on top of everything else. But there's nothing saying they have to do it monthly or on a set schedule
