What’s the deal with dust? Is she worth it?

I just recently duped her but besides her immunities, I don’t really see why she’s so great? She’s definitely not a bad champ at all, even good. I just need someone to explain what her uses are. Is she worth a r2 saga gem?

I have her r3 duped she wins almost even match I place her on defense. I love when people try to use hulkling against her lol. Also pretty decent sp1 damage in her tornado mode on offense. Plus triple immunity.

Its like attuma, hes a defender in BGs but in content hes actually a very underrated attacker and can put up some respectable dps.

Sure she can work in a pinch in BGs but youre better off using most other dual use champs (like domino photon etc)

Any incinerate champion can cheese her, I used to destroy all dusts with my sunspot, sp1 sp2 but now she's an insta ban for me, the immense lag is instant loss for me no matter who I use.

She is worth R2 at the very least both for BGs and for outside of BGs.

For a non-BG perspective:

Immunities are highly useful as they typically free up a questing slot. She counters Unstoppable with her sandstorm.

Her damage is decent enough, especially as you’re spamming Sp1s after the Sp2.

The best thing about her is the glance and ability accuracy reduction on well timed blocks. It limits damage (especially for specials that can’t be dexed, you can wtb the individual hits). You can parry stun without triggering abilities (like nodes that grant charges or reflect stun, etc)

Underrated, good dual use champ. Can take a lot of defenders including Photon and can be a defensive nightmare

Absurdly fast recovery time on her heavy, among other abilities. Many a poor fool has found themselves parried after trying to punish her heavy attack.
