I wanted to know, for a alliance of 30 people or so, whats the minimum amount of units was needed to reach the last milestone in the alliance banquet event?

    Last year is was around 10.7k units per person to hit all milestones.

    I think so but you have to remember that you still have to spend a certain amount to be able to claim all milestones regardless how much the alliance spends.
