When the synergy references the number of Deathless champions on the team, does it count the champion that is creating the synergy?

So if all five spots are Deathless, will Deathless Guillotine get 100% potency on her degen? Or just 80%?

Yes each deathless gives potency

So for the HARBINGER synergy, you need both D.Guilly and D.KingGroot (to have the synergy), and then with just those 2 you get 2 times the listed synergy amount ?

And then with 3 other deathless also included, you get 5 times the listed synergy ?

As far as I'm aware diminishing returns still affects synergies, but yes
