Fragmented Power Bar for everyone?

I know the plan is only the Isophine to have the fragmented power bar, but would it break the game or champs for it to eventually come to all champs? I feel it would be nice to have on all champs but might be blanking on issues it could cause.

    Isophyne is a living embodiment of the iso-sphere so it makes sense for things to not work the same way for her as it does for other champions. It wouldn't make any sense for other champions already in the game to have it.

    I mean you aren't wrong, but enchantress basically has it already, locked behind her heavy hits, and Fantman has a similar thing where he can disable his highest special with a light combo ender if I am remembering right.

    That aside, I can only think of two champs that don't already have something similar that would really benefit from it, and that's Rintrah because he has too much power gain sometimes and you can shoot past his sp2 at high sig, and Spider punk so you could do sp2-sp1 quicker.

    Maybe if they added the Beyonder as a playable character...

    I'm pretty sure that it would break the game because of the state of development and testing in the game as it is now.
